We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, baggage loss, and personal liability.
We act only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss, damage, or any circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or government actions.
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws, customs, and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any traveler whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Any complaints must be reported immediately during the trip to allow for resolution. Post-travel complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of trip completion.
